We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor for our fast food restaurant. Responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining food quality and safety, and optimizing efficiency.

Your responsibilities as a Food Service Supervisor:

  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, provide guidance and performance feedback.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and friendly service, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards, enforce regulations, and conduct inspections.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, control costs, and streamline processes.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training, promote continuous learning.
  • Prepare paperwork, including production and quality reports

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Food & Beverage industry for candidates Inside Canada and 3 years experience for candidates outside Canada
  • CLB 6 Minimum in English
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in technology used in food service
